About

Art into Life — A Constructivist Study A portfolio and study template built around the five fields of Russian Constructivism: photomontage, poster, architecture, stage, and design. Where most portfolio templates simply frame content, this one carries a point of view — the constructivist conviction that art should not depict the world, but help construct it. The design speaks the movement's language throughout: a strict black, white, and red palette, hard geometric edges, the diagonal drive of the red wedge as a recurring motif, and bold grotesque typography. A blend-mode navigation reacts live to whatever passes beneath it, shifting tone against the imagery — a dynamic effect that ties the whole site together. The template includes a striking homepage, five dynamic CMS-driven detail pages (one per field), an index page, and supporting pages. Each detail page pairs an essayistic introduction with a gallery of studies and a short composition-assembly video, moving from overview to detail. All content is fully editable through the CMS, so the structure can be repurposed for any visual field — not only art history, but any subject that benefits from a bold, editorial, gallery-style presentation. Built with a fit-to-screen hero coupling and a consistent black-and-red framing that clamps every page from header to footer. Fully responsive across all breakpoints. Navigation that grows with you: The blend-mode navigation is built as a Global Section, so it appears on every page automatically — edit it once, and all pages update. Adding a new menu item is effortless: just add a text element inside the navigation container, and it inherits the blend-mode automatically, with no separate styling required. What is usually a fiddly, page-by-page task is here a single, central edit. Ideal for designers, studios, galleries, and anyone presenting visual work that deserves a strong editorial frame....
